WOODLAWN, Md. — Baltimore County Police responded to the scene of a hit and run crash that left a woman and young girl with life-threatening injuries.
Police said the incident happened around 9:21 p.m. on North Rolling Road and Johnnycake Road in Woodlawn Friday evening.
