Baltimore County fire officials rescued a driver from a vehicle that was trapped in flood water on York Road in Cockeysville.
Police said a mini-van drove through a road-block set up in the 11000 block of York Road Wednesday morning.

Heavy rains caused water from Beaverdam Run to spillover onto the roadway.
One adult was in the vehicle. Police have not said if there were any injuries.
Part of York Road is closed due to high flood water.
