BALTIMORE, Md. — Baltimore County fire crews are at the scene of a house fire on the 4300 block of Belmar Avenue.
Officials say the fire started on the second floor of the home in Overlea around 3 p.m. Friday.
Luckily, crews were able to rescue the family of three people that were trapped in the home.
One person is being transported to MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital for non life-threatening injuries and another person was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Burn Center for treatment to their upper body. The final family member was evaluated at the scene and is expected to be okay.
