WHITE MARSH, Md. — A restaurant on The Avenue in White Marsh is erasing its footprint while putting its finger print on saving Earth.

It was on this Earth Day one year ago that Red Brick Station made a commitment to be better with its garbage.

So far the results are scrumptious.

Bill Blocher, who owns Red Brick, decided it was time. Time to reduce, reuse and recycle.

The cost was swallowed by the restaurant, so customers haven’t seen their favorite menu items go up in price.

This could be the future of eating out.
