Thursday, the recount begins in the Democratic Primary, for Baltimore County Executive.
This was an extremely close race.The unofficial results have Johnny Olzsewski junior winning, but he's just nine votes ahead of Jim Brochin.
With that small of a difference, Brochin filed a petition for a manual recount of all the ballots cast in the election.
