Baltimore County Police have identified the man fatally struck by a car on Eastern Ave Tuesday evening as 49-year-old Thomas Marshall Ross II.
Officers were called to the scene just before 5:30 p.m. on Eastern Blvd near Md Route 72 where they found the victim struck by a 2003 Ford-150. The man was rushed to Franklin Square Hospital but later died.
Police continue to investigate; the driver remained on scene.
