PIKESVILLE, Md. — A Baltimore County man who was waiting for a heart and lung transplant lost his fight on Thursday and his wife had to say goodbye to the love of her life.
WMAR-2 News' Eddie Kadhim sat down with Chris and Dawn Miles of Pikesville a few months ago as part of a special about the cost of waiting for an organ transplant.
Chris was one of the more than 3200 people on the waiting list in Maryland.
