Pedestrian struck in Randallstown

A pedestrian was struck by a car Tuesday morning in Randallstown.

The Baltimore County Fire Department said they received a call about the incident at 8:07 a.m. The department confirmed the collision occurred in the 4500 block of Winter Mill Way.

Two people were hurt in the collision, and both were taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Baltimore County Fire officials said. A man who suffered critical injuries was flown to the trauma center via Maryland State Police helicopter. The other injured individual suffered serious, but likely not life-threatening, injuries and was taken to the Baltimore hospital by ground transport.

As of noon Tuesday, Baltimore County Fire and Police did not identify any of the victims or give further details about the incident.
