One person hospitalized following accidental shooting at Middle River gun range

MIDDLE RIVER, Md. — Police are investigating an apparent accidental shooting at a Middle River gun range.

The incident occurred Tuesday morning in the 11500 block of Crossroads Circle.

FreeState Gun Range is listed at that location.

Baltimore County Police said a 26-year-old man was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the upper body.

His injuries are considered serious, but he's listed as stable.

FreeState did not return our email for comment. As of Wednesday morning they're offering AR-15 maintenance and operation classes for later this month.
