The workplace solutions company MOI, Inc., revealed plans to relocate to McHenry Row this fall, moving from Baltimore County to the Baltimore City, the company announced Tuesday.

Operating out of offices in Woodlawn since 1997, the company's headquarters will shift to the new 13,284 square foot space managed by 28 Walker Development. The 60 employees making the transition will occupy space in a 75,000-square-foot, five-story building that is currently under construction at 1265 E. Fort Ave.

“This real estate decision was driven by two important considerations, led by the need to change the physical work space we operate from, and create an environment where we could demonstrate solutions to help clients visualize what is possible when moving or renovating an existing space.” explained David Noel, President of MOI, Inc. “We realized that the current location could not adequately represent or address these needs. Additionally, we were looking to create more efficiency for our warehouse and logistics operations by finding a strategic location between Baltimore and Washington, D.C. to better service our geographical footprint."
