A man is dead following an apparent drowning.
Officials say a 27-year-old Baltimore man was found in cardiac arrest Sunday afternoon in the river at Gunpowder State Park near the CSX railway and Jones Road.
Maryland Natural Resources Police identified the victim as Mohamad Ahmady Elgouhary.
It's not yet clear on what lead to Elgouhary drowning.
