DUNDALK, Md. — Baltimore County Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in Dundalk Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 8200 block of Bullneck Road where they found James Skarda IV, 35, suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body.
Another man, 37-year-old Ricky Stem, was later found in the area of Dundalk Avenue and Liberty Parkway suffering from a self-inflicted shooting.
Stem later died at a local hospital. Investigators believe Stem was the shooter.
There's no word on a motive.
