BALTIMORE COUNTY — A Baltimore County woman was indicted on 168 charges related to animal cruelty.
Kimberly Klein's charges include aggravated animal cruelty, failure to provide necessary veterinary care, and torture.
According to the indictment, Klein failed to provide adequate care to a variety of dogs, birds, cats, and reptiles, and tortured the animals.
