Saturday was Public Safety Day in Baltimore County.
To celebrate, the Police Community Relations Council sponsored an event at the Chesapeake Park Plaza in Middle River.
The free event was open to the public, and gave community members an opportunity to interact with first responders and observe live demonstrations of how agencies utilize emergency equipment.
Attendees also learned of various resources available to area residents.
