HALETHORPE, Md. — A person was rescued from a house fire Wednesday morning in Halethorpe.
Fire crews responded to the 3200 block of Ryerson Circle at 11:01 a.m. following reports of a house fire.
Upon arrival, firefighters observed heavy smoke billowing from the home.
The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
The fire has since been brought under control.
No other injuries were reported, and investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
