Baltimore County Fire crews are at the scene of a multiple car crash involving a tractor-trailer.
The crash happened on Southbound I-95 between I-695 and I-895.
Officials say medic crews have been called to the scene to transport four pediatric patients and three adults to trauma centers due to the severity of their injuries.
All lanes are currently blocked past Exit 62 on I-95.
