A Baltimore County firefighter was critically injured after his motorcycle crashed when he was on his way to work Saturday morning.
The 26-year-old firefighter, who’s a seven-year veteran of BCoFD and who also works at the Westview Fire Station, is currently listed as being in critical, but stable condition at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.
At a little after 6:25 a.m., emergency responders were called to the crash at Woodlawn and Linus drives. It involved a collision between the firefighter’s motorcycle and another vehicle. The firefighter was taken by ground to Shock Trauma as a Priority 1 patient.
No one else was transported and the firefighter’s name is being withheld at this time.
