A tractor-trailer stuck on I-695 near Towson is causing some massive delays for drivers Friday morning.
Maryland State Police say the truck is closing the three left lanes at the inner loop at Exit 29 MD-542 Loch Raven Boulevard.
Around noon the tractor-trailer was moved to the right shoulder, opening two of the three lanes. One lane is still closed because the truck is too big to fit on the shoulder.
Extended delays are expected, and officials urge drivers to take an alternative route.
