BALTIMORE COUNTY — A child sustained serious injuries after a boating accident in Essex.
Baltimore County Fire said the accident took place in the 2400 block of Beach Avenue at about 4:26 p.m. on Monday.
The child has been taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
