A 5-year-old says thank you to the firefighters he credits with saving his life.
Doni Held suffered a seizure back in November of last year. It was the firefighters at the Woodlawn Fire Department that transported him from their station to Sinai Hospital.
On Sunday, Doni opened a lemonade stand in front of his home in Woodlawn.
For just a dollar, community members could buy a cup of lemonade on a very hot day for a very good cause.
All proceeds will be going to the Woodlawn Fire Department.
