BALTIMORE COUNTY — As Wednesday gets off to a foggy start, there was a crash on I-83 between Mount Carmel and Middletown Road. Officials say there were multiple cars involved including a tractor trailer.
Reportedly, there are three patients including one patient seriously injured and two patients with minor injuries. A previously trapped patient has been extricated.
All lanes on I-83 have been reopened.
