BALTIMORE COUNTY — The Baltimore City Department of Public Works says Baltimore County residents recently received water bills with a payment due date of November 1, 2019. For many residents, that date is incorrect.
DPW says this issue was caused by an internal coding used to extend the late fee forgiveness period.
County water bills are typically due 21 days after the date that the bill was received. Below is a chart of due dates, based on arrival date.
DPW says penalties are not being assessed and notice will be provided when and if penalties resume.
For questions about your water bill due date, please call the DPW Customer Support and Services Division (CSSD) at 410-396-5398.
