COCKEYSVILLE, Md. — Baltimore County Police detectives are investigating the discovery of a woman's body off a trail near Loch Raven Reservoir.
The wooded area is off Pot Spring at Colonade Road, around the Merryman Trail.
Someone walking along the trail saw the woman's body by a stream at around 10 a.m. Friday, and called 911.
Police say the incident is being considered a homicide but didn't share details on how the woman may have died, or how long her body had been there.
No suspects or motive have been released at this time.
