There are only a few shopping days left until Christmas, and many people still have gifts they need to buy. Now it's getting a bit easier for shoppers to get to the stores.
Baltimore County is hoping to encourage last-minute shoppers to buy local by offering two hours of free parking. Wednesday, December 20 through Christmas Day parking will be free at over 1,700 parking meters. They'll be covered with red Seasons Greetings bags.
