HALETHORPE, Md. — Baltimore County Fire is on the scene of an explosion in Halethorpe.
Crews responded to reports of a chemical explosion in a multi-level building at 5:06 p.m. in the 1400 block of S Rolling Road.
The fire was extinguished at 5:17 p.m., according to fire officials.
No injuries have been reported at this time, and the building has since been evacuated.
Officials say all of the chemicals have been contained and there is no threat to the public.
Crews are currently evaluating the structural integrity of the building.
