EDGEMERE, Md. — A 69-year-old motorcyclist was killed after crossing into oncoming traffic and hitting two cars on Bethlehem Boulevard.

Just after 4 p.m. on Saturday, a 2016 BMW motorcycle traveling eastbound on Bethlehem Boulevard near North Point Boulevard crossed into the oncoming traffic lane while making a turn.

The motorcycle hit the driver-side rear corner of a Chevrolet Silverado traveling westbound, then hit the front of a Ford F350 truck that was also traveling westbound behind the Silverado.

The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene by medics, identified as 69-year-old Paul Taylor Craven.

The Baltimore County Police Crash Investigation Team is working to determine all the factors involved in the deadly crash. Both the Chevrolet and the Ford remained at the scene.
