ARBUTUS, Md. — A 17-year-old was shot and killed in Arbutus on Tuesday.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. in the 3800 Block of McDowell Lane.
According to authorities, police arrived at the scene in response to a reported disturbance.
The 17-year-old was later pronounced dead at the scene.
22-year-old Marquis Washington was arrested and charged in connection to the shooting.
Washington is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
