TOWSON, Md. — Baltimore City officials are reporting that 100 customers are left without water because of a water main break on Putty Hill Avenue.
They say along with the water main break one hydrant is currently out of service.
Putty Hill Avenue and Belair Road have been temporarily closed at this time.
