Amazon's Holiday Giving Truck stopped at City Hall to drop off a large toy donation Thursday afternoon.
The toys were donated to Council President Jack Young's Holiday Reception that benefits the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots program.
The Holiday reception happened at 5 p.m. on Thursday.
This $15,000 community donation is one of many events on the east coast that is part of a nationwide holiday giving effort to help organizations in need near Amazon's fulfillment centers.
