The space was created by the West Baltimore Renaissance Foundation.
It acts as a community hub with gathering spaces, classrooms, and a computer lab.
It hosts events like job resource fairs, food distribution, and youth activities.
The event also included a ribbon-cutting for the Safe Streets Franklin Square site.
