A water main break on Greenspring Avenue continues to cause problems in northwest Baltimore.
Edgecomb Circle Elementary and Kipp Harmony Academy will be closed Thursday, due the ongoing water main repairs. All activities at these schools are canceled.
The 16-inch main ruptured Tuesday afternoon in the 4700 block of Greenspring Avenue.
Crews are repairing the broken main as well as significant road damage.
