UPDATE | Shawn Outlaw has been located safe and unharmed, police said.
Police are asking for the public's help locating a missing teenager who was last seen February 5 in Northeast Baltimore.
Officers say 19-year-old Shawn Outlaw was last seen February 5 in the 1500 block of East 33rd Street.
Outlaw was last seen wearing a beige coat, dark shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
Police say he suffers from several medical conditions which require medication.
Anyone with information on Outlaw's whereabouts is asked to dial 911.
