Police identified the man who died after a building collapsed on his vehicle.
Thomas Lemmon, 69, was sitting in his car near the intersection of Payson Street and West Lafayette Avenue when a building collapsed and trapped him.

Fire and rescue personnel responded to the scene and rescued him from the vehicle and he was transported to a local hospital. He later died from his injuries.
