BALTIMORE — Maryland Rep. Elijah E. Cummings' funeral service has been scheduled for October 25 at New Psalmist Baptist Church.
The wake is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. and the funeral service will begin at 10 a.m.
Cummings died Thursday morning at Gilchrist Hospice Care due to complications from longstanding health challenges.
He was 68 years old.
On Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019, at Morgan State University’s Murphy Fine Arts Center, 2201 Argonne Dr., Baltimore, MD 21218, there will be a public viewing from 10:00 am-6:00 pm., immediately followed by a Community-Wide Celebration of the Life of Congressman Elijah E. Cummings from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
