BALTIMORE — Families impacted by the deadly gas explosion in northwest Baltimore, back in August were sent additional relief.
M&T Bank donated more than 1,000 items at the Milbrook Park Community Center.
The donated items included non-perishable items and toiletries.
Baltimore's trauma advocacy group, Stand, and hug don't shoot worked with the employees at M&T Bank's Reisterstown Road branch to collect items.
"We're there for the trauma of the community and it is a blessing. Not only is it a blessing, Joseph Graham family is now hug dealers which is volunteers of hug don't shoot. They sent me a message to say how can we help Baltimore like Baltimore helped us."
The gas explosion in august killed two people and injured seven others.
