A crash shut down southbound I-83 near Old York Road in Baltimore County Monday morning.
An overturned SUV is being cleared. All lanes have reopened on southbound I-83 at exit 36 in Parkton, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area due to delays.
