BALTIMORE — A man is being charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of a 38-year-old man.
Ronald Haskins, 22, was arrested by the Baltimore Police Department.
The shooting took place on January 11 in the 1400 block of Broening Highway. The victim has been identified as Richard Pearson.

A search and seizure warrant was executed by homicide detectives at that location, where detectives found a loaded gun.
Detectives transported Haskins to Central Booking Intake Facility.
