The Baltimore Board of Estimates hiked the mayor's salary by $4,000 for next year.
Beginning Jan. 1, Mayor Catherine Pugh will earn about $176,000
Baltimore City Council members will also get a boost, to about $68,000.
Pugh said it's a cost-of-living adjustment.
