BALTIMORE — A 7-month-old died three days after being taken to the hospital.

On Sunday around 10P.M., 7-month-old Harlem Phillips was taken to the hospital after having reportedly fallen off a sofa in the 2400 block of Louise Avenue.

The child arrived at the hospital unconscious and unresponsive.
