A Baltimore murder suspect arrested in Georgia after high-speed chase

A Baltimore homicide suspect was arrested in Georgia after a high-speed chase.

On September 03, at around 3:30 p.m., 28-year-old Mason Moldoven was found dead in the rear of the 1100 block of Gorsuch Avenue.

During the course of their investigation, homicide detectives identified 26-year-old Timothy Callanan as the suspect in this case. An arrest warrant was issued charging Callanan with murder.

On Saturday, deputies from the McIntosh County Sheriffs Office arrested Callanan after a high speed pursuit on Highway 95, in Georgia.

He was transported to a Georgia detention facility, where he is currently waiting for extradition back to Maryland.
