SEVERNA PARK, Md (WMAR) — A mail truck flipped on Wednesday after a collision with a fire engine in Severna Park.

The incident reportedly occurred around 3:45 p.m. in the area of Robinson and Evergreen Road.

A spokesman with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said the engine was responding with lights and siren to a 911 emergency, when it collided with a United States Postal Service truck. Upon contact, the USPS truck flipped on its side.

The engine involved was assigned to Early Heights, Station 12, and occupied by career personnel.

Fire officials say no one was injured in the crash.

It's unclear what caused the crash and who was at fault.
