The city of Annapolis is under a Level 3 snow emergency, meaning no one is allowed on the roads except snow equipment, emergency vehicles or others vehicles authorized by Mayor Mike Pantelides.
Public Works crews were out on the streets beginning at 4 p.m. Friday to clear snow emergency routes. They will remain on 12-hour shifts throughout the storm.
