7 arrested during Milo Yiannopoulos speech at CSU Fullerton

Protests erupted on the campus of California State, Fullerton Tuesday over the appearance of conservative commentator Milo Yiannopoulos.

Police in riot gear worked to control the large crowd gathered outside of the building where Yiannopoulos was speaking.

Officers arrested at least seven people by the end of the night.

Yiannopoulos spoke to a sold out crowd of 800 people.

The 32-year-old is known for his provocative speeches that have sometimes led to violence.
