Jaw-dropping cell phone video shows the moment a helicopter got tangled in power lines, just before crashing in a field in Beekmantown New York.
The witness who shot the video was in her home when she heard a loud bang. She says she then ran outside and started filming.

According to the witness, she saw people being loaded into ambulances.
