WALDORF, Md. (WMAR) — Police are looking for a man accused of exposing his genitals outside a Charles County library on New Year's Eve.
It happened around 2:07 p.m. on the library parking lot on Village Street in Waldorf.
The suspect reportedly exposed himself to multiple victims.
Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect, who appeared to be wearing a Washington Redskins jacket at the time.
