FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. — Because of weather conditions, some Frederick County Government operations will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
The Frederick County Circuit Court and District Court will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Courthouse staff are to report at 9:30 a.m.
Frederick County Public Libraries will make a decision in the morning about if / when to open its branches for curbside pickup.
