ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY — Anne Arundel County Police are looking for a missing 88-year-old man.
Police say James Hubert Harrell is missing from Millersville and in need of assistance.
He is 5'7", weighs about 125 pounds, and is operating a beige Lincoln Towne Car with MD Registration DDR868.
Police say If you see Harrell, please call 911 immediately.
