BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police have arrested and charged a suspect for the stabbing death of a 57-year-old woman.
The incident happened on Tuesday, at a little after 9:20 p.m. Officers were called to an apartment in the 500 block of Dolphin Street to investigate a reported disturbance and when they arrived to the scene, they found the unresponsive 57 year-old woman suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Responding officers applied a tourniquet and administered CPR, but medical personnel ended up pronouncing the victim dead at the scene.
On Thursday, BPD announced that 76-year-old Ronald Tazewell, of Baltimore, had been arrested for this crime.
Tazewell was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.
