PARKVILLE, Md. — A suspect is in custody following a standoff with police in Parkville.
It all started Thursday morning, when officers flooded the 2100 block of Taylor Avenue for a barricade situation.
Streets were closed for well over four-hours.
Police released little detail about the incident, but said one person was arrested.
As of 3pm, all roads in the area have reopened.
