CARNEY, Md. — An investigation is underway after a person was shot Tuesday afternoon, outside an apartment complex in Carney.
Baltimore County Police say it happened around 4:15pm in the 8000 block of Belair Road.
Not much else is known about the incident at this time, including the victim's condition.
